It matters not, which housebuilder you choose or where you buy - you will still find "issues" "problems" or more accurately defects. All of these were and are, 100% preventable if housebuilders all built with care and pride!  98% of home buyers found defects in their new home 41% nmore than 10, within weeks of moving in!

To make matters worse, housebuilders don't even care about putting their shoddy work right either, as many of these buyers confirm.  So here is the industry's wall of shame!
